MEFISTO @ EORS 2019

On 2-4 October, the European Orthopaedic Research Society community met in Maastricht under the motto “building bridges”, aiming at bridging collaboration between countries, societies, specialties and various fields of study to work towards true translational research in orthopaedics (EORS 2019). MEFISTO gladly joined the community: Girish Pattappa and Denitsa Docheva from MEFISTO partner University of Regensburg Medical Centre organised and participated to the scientific workshop on 'The clinical situation and novel treatment strategies for meniscus'. Girish Pattappa gave a presentation on 'Biological aspects and clinical treatment of the meniscus'. Annemieke van Haver from partner University of Antwerpen presented on 'Meniscus; clinical perspective, outlining current diagnostic methods and translational research'.
